A 20-Year-Old student, Abiodun Rahem was on Thursday, sentenced to eight months imprisonment over his involvement in exam malpractices.

Apparently Abiodun Raheem made exam malpractices easy by creating a Website.

Abiodun who pleaded guilty and entered a plea bargain agreement with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) was convicted of three-count charge of conspiracy, fraud and examination malpractices by Justice Kudirat Jose.

The Judge, Jose consequently sentenced him to eight months imprisonment on each of the count.

She said that the sentences would run concurrently beginning from April 1 when Raheem was arrested and detained for the offences.

Meanwhile the EFCC counsel, Mr Mohammed Bashir, had earlier told the court that Raheem conspired to commit the offences on Jan. 27 in Lagos saying he created a website which offered solutions and answers to questions at a fee of N4, 000 to potential candidates sitting for the May/June West African Examination Council SenioSchool Certificate Examination.
